Please contact Customer Services on 0191 260 5556 or email within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please note the following:

  • Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original undamaged packaging and we require the original receipt of proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs to return your product, unless, on arrival, any product is defective or we have sent an incorrect product.
  • If your product is unfortunately defective or we have mistakenly sent the wrong product, then we will organise a courier collection at your convenience or email you a postage-paid returns label.
  • When returning your product we recommend that you use recorded delivery and/or obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible and will not refund or exchange goods that get damaged or lost in transit.

For a full refund or exchange you have up to 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

After you return your product

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you.

  • If your return is approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Returns are processed as soon as possible; however, this can take up to 7 days.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable if the goods were unwanted as opposed to faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
